White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki stated on Monday that the Biden administration would “support” former President Donald Trump if he decided to publicly promote “the safety and efficacy” of coronavirus vaccines.
Most former presidents took that action and “did not need an engraved invitation to do so,” she told reporters at a White House news briefing.
However, Psaki claimed that if Trump rejected the idea, “there are a lot of different ways to engage” conservatives, who are less likely to accept a vaccine when it becomes available to them, according to some polls
