Goldman looks to take over JetBlue’s credit-card business – report

The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. has entered into negotiations on taking over JetBlue’s credit-card unit, The Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday citing people familiar with the talks.

Currently, British investment bank Barclays is issuing JetBlue’s credit cards and the company is reportedly in talks with the airline, aiming to extend the deal.

Goldman entered the credit-card business in 2019, issuing credit cards via partnerships with Apple and General Motors
