Merger talks between Vista Equity Partners and Apollo Strategic Growth Capital have failed, Axios reported on Friday.
Vista reportedly intended to merge auto industry software companies Solera Holdings Inc., DealerSocket Inc. and Omnitracs, with Global Management Inc.’s special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC) in a transaction worth approximately $15 billion.
However, the talks were halted amid market-wide volatility, concerns regarding tech company valuations, as well as difficulties in obtaining private financing, the news organization said
