The\u00a0last time the price closed below the 100 day moving averages back in November 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Today\u00a0sellers turned buyers despite a\u00a0surprise build in the\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.forexlive.com\/news\/!\/us-weekly-eia-oil-inventories-k-vs-4466k-expected-20210721\" target=\"_blank\">weekly inventory data<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The price is currently testing the $70 level and also the underside of a broken trendline near $70.15.
