World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus stated on Thursday that the WHO is expected to do a follow-up on their COVID-19 origins report, which was released earlier in the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking at a news conference, Tedros said that “engagements” over their report are to start as soon as possible and that the organization will likely conduct a second phase of their investigation into the origins of the coronavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the report was released Tuesday, the WHO director was critical<\/a> of China over the lack of access to data to study the origins of the virus.
